About Us

Our Company History

414 Timber was established in 1998 manufacturing high quality joinery products to all parts of the construction industry. Although a variety of work was undertaken we quickly established an enviable reputation for our work with oak which has become our speciality.

In 2004 our search for larger workshop facilities led us to our current site at Briggens Park, Stanstead Abbots. This 20 Acre site which has enabled us to expand into the buisness we are today with our wide range of timber garden products. Thus 414 Timber became 414 Timber & Fencing.

Why Choose 414 Timber & Fencing?

A family run business. Our philosophy is if we do not stock it we can make it for you. No other supplier offers the infinite range of products we do. If you have seen something you like we can make it. If you want a certain gate, but a little wider in a certain type of wood we can make it. If you want your posts cut down to a particular length we can do it. In other words we are very flexible.

At 414 Timber and Fencing we pride ourselves on offering a friendly and personal service that is valued by trade and retail customers alike. Our staff combined offer over a century of experience in the fencing and building trade.

We are here to help.

414 Timber & Fencing Deliver
